Johnny Matthis singing almost every single christmas song known to man and listening to Disney christmas carols while remembering irritating the crap out of my mother as I insisted that we listen to it while putting up the tree each year.

I've never gotten to see carolers (?), they don't really come around my neighborhood but i'm sure its nice. My family was too busy this year to put up a tree but my sister & i were planning to getting a small fake one & spray painting it some day-glo color for a change of scenery. My mom wasn't quite on the same page lol

Nice! On the tree part. As for the carolers I honestly have never seen them either but I refer to all christmas songs as carols. And of course I have my favorites

All the nice decoration in the town and in the house, and of course the cookies we made for christmas.

Sometimes i like to drive around and see all the xmas lights & luminaries people put up <3 My friend made me nutella cookies for the holidays, and they're soooo good :9

Can't say that there is anything this time of year that I would not love to do any other time of year. But this is the time that seems every one will make the effort to come together and that some jobs allow it.

I enjoy the excuse to pamper loved ones and decorate! Because for some reason people think im weard when I do it any other time of the year. Their proly right any way.

That is a wonderful reason! I wish people could come together more often during the year with this cheery spirit, but the fact that its this way just makes this short time more special :)

Ultimately, cold weather. I moved to Hawaii this summer and I just couldn't get into the holiday spirit even in the middle of December with the near-constant 70 degree weather. Then I went to my parents' place in the Midwest and now I'm feeling much more festive. I miss having an actual winter season.

haha i was definitely wearing a sundress all day today! Christmas in florida is sunny & nice this year. And i like it!

..Though if i ever spend a christmas in the north with snowflakes and huge lit up houses my opinion could possibly change.

i'm so sad..i used the last of our coffee this morning.. I hope i get some more as a xmas present :(
