UPDATE:

Sammy's eaten a bit and had some water, but still isn't very interested in food right now. She's lost about two or three pounds so far. If she looses more than five, I'll really start to worry. Her temperature's down a bit, but she still has a fever. The medicine makes her even more lethargic than she was, and all she wants to do is lay down and sleep. I have to pick her up and carry her outside to go potty or eat or drink. She breathes easier when she's sleeping, but when she's awake she wheezes and coughs sometimes. :[

She's all bundled up on my bed sleeping next to me. </3 I love this dog, I really hope she feels better soon.

And I want to take the time to thank everyone who's donated so far. <33333 I received roughly half the amount I need overnight and I'm just... I'm overwhelmed by people's kindness. You are all amazing and I just... fjdksl I love each and every one of you.
