Yay the roof is fixed! They came in a day before it snowed and took care of it all. Further, they did an excellent job! After covering everything to protect the floor and walls while they worked and it all got done early in the morning. They cleaned the floor afterward -- I never heard a vacuum so they must have picked everything up by hand. All that needs to happen now is for the guy to return to pick up his ladder. All in all, I'm happy.

Still can't move anything back into the living room. I'm not sure if they'll really clean the carpets, but either way, it's not like the floor is damaged or anything. The only real problem was the roof, and that's fixed. It would be nice to move the birds back into the living room, though. More to have the space in my room back because they've been pretty good. When the lights go out, they go to sleep.

The dragon, Ryx's, curse left him trapped in the caves of a remote island for longer than he can remember. In fact, Ryx can't remember much of anything thanks to a wizard's spell. His only chance for escape is through whatever lineage he can make with the females that wash ashore. Luckily for Ryx, the wizard left his hypnotic powers intact, and wooing shipwrecked damsels into parting their legs doesn't take much effort. To afford his progeny a greater chance at a happy childhood, he must convince his partners that they want what he plans to do to them. Can Ryx convince his latest visitor to throw caution to the wind, or has the wizard's spell warped his memories into lies? Can he maintain control without loosing more of his mind?
