I just recently joined Battlestar Galactica fanclub with some furry and gamer friends. We have our own ship with both viper and raptor squadrons. Our captain asked me if I'd draw some badges for our different squadrons in a style similar to the old WWII fighter squadrons.

All of them are named after various birds so I thought it would be pretty easy to generate ideas. Names like the Frakkin Firebirds and the Hotshot Herons I can generate lots of ideas for. The Obsessive Osprey on the other hand is kinda stumping me. I keep having mental images of some sort of klepto bird hoarding shiney objects. *back to drawing more thumbnails*
