Writer's Sloth
I've been trying to write a story for about a month. I write in a funny way, wherein I sort of bunnyhop around and write chapters, vignettes, and paragraphs out of chronological order. Sometimes I even think up a great sentence or phrase to use, and then have to find a way to work it into the story somehow. And then I have to tie it all together in a way that things make sense, which usually involves some re-writing.
I know the legnth of story I'm shooting for, and I'm about 40% of the way there. But lately, I just haven't had the drive to write; or, I'll leave Word open for a few hours and do nothing but re-read what I've already written. I don't know that it's writer's block, exactly, because I know what I'd like to do with the character. It's more of an issue of motivation. So I'll call it Writer's Sloth.
Ah well. I think it'll be a good one when it's finished. :D
