Hello one and all!
Nothing will encourage an artist to improve so much as knowing the whole world's about to go blammo. Hey, it's motivation, I'll take it.
I turned a corner in 2010 and found myself heading the other way. Why hello, sailor! The things I did with myself as 2010 progressed became life-changing for me. Another corner and another year, 2011, pregnant with promise (or at least on the rag and bitchy) hove into view and beckoned me onward. Altering course for the three of us (the aforementioned me, myself and I) made less and less sense as I kept on, so--hey!--I kept on. Things didn't get *easier* for me (us) necessarily but the signposts were unwavering in their message. Keep going, young Dragosaur. Change is good for you.
So here I am. I'm embracing the wind. I can make a home out of damn near anywhere. I've started something that feels more awesome every day I live it. Crazy? Is it crazy? Hell yes, it's crazy, what I'm doing. It's the biggest risk I've ever taken for anything.
I've never felt more certain of myself. I have a lot of work getting my head straight for the voyage, but my heart? My heart's totally dedicated to the cause.
I'm starting a Blog dedicated to art and sex, and the way in which those two things cross paths in my life. I'd love to have you join me.

Really glad to hear you're doing well. 2011 was a bit of an adventure here, too. Can't wait to see what you have to say!
It'll be a mishmash. Some posts will be regarding my favorite erotic art (Egon Schiele, Gustav Klimt, (sometimes) H.R. Giger, Gil Elvgren) and why I love their work. Some posts will likely be me thrashing around, trying to figure myself out, as in "is there a "right balance" for porn and non-pornish art in an artist's life?". Expect a lot of posts with art, as in me struggling to get better with the human figure, to develop better use of shape language, that sort of thing.
With luck, it'll be worth the ride. :D
Now that i've gotten to know a lot of artists, my attitudes changed. I love reading anything about art, and can't wait to get your perspective. I just wish I had the confidence to even begin to get back on that horse and attempt it. I've become more of a watcher than a do'er.
So, bring it on! ^_^
It's going to mostly be along a sexual bent. Sex gets into art in some sneaky ways. And some not-so-sneaky ways. I'm interested in both. Hopefully I'll be able to keep the Blog interesting, too! Thank you for hopping aboard!

I am right with you, Sef; I love wordplay. "Hove" is a good meaty word. So's "Egregious" and "obfuscate". I need to write more sentences with meaty words. Most of my online writing feels rushed. :P
Main thing you need to do in order to link to my Blog is have a Blog yourself or a Gmail account, or similar thing. That should let you join my little pornoblog. Not that it will be all about porn, but it will talk a lot about sex. And art. And sexual art. And blah. There will be a lot of blah.
