Confession 1: Your biggest fear.
That no matter what I do and no matter how hard I try, it will all be for nothing.
Confession 2: Worst Nightmare.
Isn't that kind of the same thing?
Confession 3: Something you wish you could forget.
Quite honestly there are many passed mistakes that I would wish never happened, but to forget about them is to forget the lessons they taught us.
Confession 4: Best dream.
Being with my perfect match, although for some reason the dream always comes through a sense of feeling, not seing. There's the contentment of knowing I have someone who will always be there, but there is no face, nor even a body, to give any clue as to who it might be.
Confession 5: Favorite memory.
Looking back, it's hard to recall any fond memories any more. Most of what I used to think were great memories have been jaded by how things turned out, truths revealed, or just the passage of time. But the times I spend with those I feel truly care about me and understand me, I cherish those moments.
Confession 6: Worst experience.
It's...a very personal matter that occurred in the late summer of last year. Those who know me most likely know the story. Those who don't...let's just say if it ever happens again, there will be no reconcilliation.
Confession 7: Biggest pet peeve.
Generally speaking, ignorance. Especially when mixed with arrogance or obnoxiusness.
Confession 8: Something you're paranoid about.
Criticism. There are so many "voices" in my mind casting doubts and aspirations on every last thing I say or do (and in some cases, what I did not say or do, but perhaps should have). And it's made all the worse when around people whom I feel would be critical about something. More often than not I feel like every breath I take will draw criticism from sommone, that my entire life is under scrutiny adn the slightest mistake, or even the slightest deviation from the perfect expectations everyone seems to have of me, wil lbring the hammer down.
Confession 9: What you thought of your current best friend when you met them.
Hmmm...that was like, 21...22 years ago? Can't really remember. But we're still like brothers to this day.
Confession 10: Your strongest principle/belief.
There are many.
Confession 11: What annoys you the most.
Again, hasn't this been ansswered? WOuld that be a pet peeve?
Confession 12: Something you want to do before you die.
Live.
Confession 13: Biggest regret.
Far too many, but perhaps the things I regret the most are all the things I should have said, but didn't.
Confession 14: Hidden talent.
Sometimes I think all my talents are hidden. Even from me.
Confession 15: Favorite thing about yourself.
That I am me, and no one else.
Confession 16: One thing you would change about yourself if you could.
To not need glasses any more. There are many things I'd like to change about my life or my currnt situations, but that is one thing about myself that I would like to change that I can't change on my own power.
Confession 15: Worst habit.
Giving roundabout answers that, in the end, don't really answer anything.
Confession 16: Most important person in your life at the moment.
The friends I have online.
Confession 19: A skill you wish you had.
To be able to draw even half as well as the amazing artists I've found on here.
Confession 20: Biggest compliment you've ever received.
I once got a $4 tipon a $3 latte when I worked at Dunk Donuts, does that count? To be more serious, though, it is always ameaning ful compliment to me when someone tells me that they trust me.
Confession 21: What you hate most about society.
The sense of entitlement, self-importance, and general arrogance. Followed closely by what seems to be the polar opposite; when people feel that they are useless, worthless, meaningless, and generally garbage because they don't "measure up" to some unrealistic perception or expectation of who or what a person "should" be, although whether the resentment is towards the unrealistic images or the people who let themselves be manipulated by said images, I'm not sure.
Confession 22: Something that makes you cry.
Kinda ran out of tears some time ago. For the most part now I only cry when I fel completely broken.
Confession 23: Something that makes you laugh.
A variety of things, ranging from pratfalls to witty banter (emphasis on witty).
Confession 24: Most treasured possession.
Not really sure anymore. Possessions are just, well, possessions. There are things I like and wouldn't want to give up, but not really anything I treasure at the moment. But, I suppose I kidna treasure my car in that I don't want to get rid of it and would really like to rebuild it...but I know I can't.
Confession 25: Something no-one expected you to like.
Not sure that anything qualifies. I guess I'm kinda predictable.
Confession 26: Strangest hobby.
I suppose for a nearly 26 year old man, playing Pokemon is a bit of a strange hobby.
Confession 27: Biggest ambition.
To own my very own automotive customization and restoration shop.
Confession 28: Something stupid you used to believe in when you were younger.
How wonderful and fun it is to be a grown up. Stupid kid me.
Confession 29: A random confession.
I like to collect and modify Nerf guns.
Confession 30: A few words to, honestly, describe yourself.
Cynical, romantic, cuddly, intelligent, lonesome, musical, shy, compassionate, opinionated, and honest, perhaps to a fault.
That no matter what I do and no matter how hard I try, it will all be for nothing.
