The Prinny (dancing penguin of awesome) is a staple of the Disgaea series, which focuses heavily on strategic RPG gameplay, zany humor, colorful characters, and a near lethal dosage of insanity that could keep you playing for weeks. The first two are on PS2, PSP, and I believe maybe on the DS, while the latter two are on the PS3. There's tons of neat stuff online and on Youtube if you're curious, and if you are I heartily recommend the series.

I got disgaea 3 got to chapter 4 now if you'll excuse me I need to level grind.
