Estate Mod Project for Skyrim

Hey all! This is the official announcement of the currently unnamed estate mod I'll be making for Skyrim! By the way, if you'd like to help come up with a name for the estate, feel free to post your suggestions here or as a response to this journal: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/3166050/
Decades ago, there stood a large estate owned by a powerful lord. Despite being the size of a small village and located in a remote area of the forest, life on the estate was peaceful and those employed there were happy.
That all changed one night however, as screams could be heard coming from the estate as far away as the outer walls of Riften. When guards arrived, what they found was a bloodbath. All the estate's residents were brutally slaughtered, slick blood coating what were once lush gardens and peaceful buildings. Well, not all the residents were dead, as there was one sole survivor.
A Khajiit, who had left his family to work as an assistant to the estate's librarian, was found just as bloodsoaked as the corpses but still very much alive. Quivering in fear by the corpse of the estate's lord, the guards seized him and hauled him away to Riften's prison to rot away the remainder of his days.
The case seemed solved and no one talked of the incident after the initial sensation died down. Now many years later, a descendant of that Khajiit's family has come to Skyrim seeking answers and with your help, solve the mystery of the estate once and for all.
So what will be included in the completed version of this mod? Here's a list!
A large estate in the lush forested area around Riften composed of around 6 buildings, surrounded in a veil of mystery concerning events long past.
* A huge player home that updates and upgrades itself based on what you have done in the vanilla game.
* A library that over time will get stocked with all of the game's books, as well as books from the previous games of the series, unlocked through quests.
* A chapel with shrines to the divines as well as effigies of the daedric princes, with quests to improve the chapel and give you the ability to empower your daedric artifcats and divine amulets.
* Fully functioning blacksmith, apothecary, and magic shops with powerful (but balanced) custom items, potions, and spells available for purchase, as well as a few recipes you can learn yourself.
* A tavern stocked with custom food and drink with new food recipes to learn and fence functionality.
* A graveyard where new graves appear as various important vanilla NPCs meet their end at the end of your blade. (Debating on the idea of having their corpses be available for use as necromantic thralls.)
* A brothel for use at your own leisure that also pays you a cut of their weekly profits, with the payment increasing depending on the number of workers you've discovered and convinced to work there. Need more money? Become a temporary worker yourself for a little cash on the side.
(Currently) 34 NPCs, all with their own detailed backstories, quests, and functionality.
* A librarian, descendant of the sole survivor of the events that occurred on the estate who wants to learn the truth of what happened that fateful night. He will also stock and sort the library for you.
* Two priests, one a devout follower of the divines, the other a dedicated scholar of the ways of the daedric princes. After completing their quests, they will offer to display and empower your divine amulets or daedric artifacts respectively.
* Three siblings, each a master of a craft who through a combination of their arts discovered the secret to eternal life. While they won't share that particular secret, if you find them and complete their challenges, they have many other things to teach you from their ages of experience as well as special items to sell.
* A retired thief turned bartender and tavern owner who will sell you special drinks she's learned in her travels and fence your stolen goods for you.
* A shady cook who seems to be preoccupied with "other" work that is taking time away from his true passion of becoming a master chef.
* A ghostly bard, forever trapped in the living world and unable to move beyond it. They may be the only one who truly knows what happened the night of the massacre if only someone could help them remember...
* An insurance agent, originally sent to Skyrim to assess the growing dragon problem, but gets sidetracked when they get a lead on a mysterious master thief.
* A groundskeeper who spends considerably more time maintaining the graveyard than any other part of the estate. He doesn't hide his fascination with the dead, and may even have a thing or two to teach about necromancy, if he could find a willing student.
* A down on her luck madame looking for a place to make a fresh start. But she can't run a new brothel without workers. Will you assist her in finding sensual ladies and gentlemen of the evening to staff her new establishment?
* 22 customizable ladies and gentlemen of the evening, one of each vanilla race and sex, as well as two more "exotic" workers. None of them will just come along on a whim though. You'll need to help them with their own baggage to convince them to join.
New recipes for custom weapons, armor, and food.
* Four full craftable weapon and armor sets (48 recipes with possibly more) using a mix of custom and reworked vanilla models with new textures and the ability to transfer dragon souls into special soul gems to use as crafting materials for them.
* New food recipes that will be more effective, making them more on par with potions in their usefulness.
More to come!
It will be a large project and I don't really expect it to be done anytime soon. Eventually I'll start looking for voice actors for the NPCs that don't already have people to voice them, and I may put out a call for texturing and animation help if needed. I also had the idea to possibly hold a contest for people to come up with backstories for the prostitutes, well all but the two special ones.
Well that's it for now. I'll post updates as the project starts moving along.
