I'm getting sent to the USS Florida Gold crew in November. So back to Kings Bay, GA with me then. But hey, I'll be close to the Florida furs, so won't be going too far ^^

Oh, I lived there for four years before. Only advantage of it was it was easy to get the hell out of dodge. My true goal in my fight for the orders was to go to a Tomahawk boat.

I honestly can't remember if the Florida was one of the ones they turned GN. I just know that the second happiest day in my enlistment was the day I shook the dust of GA from my boots with everything I owned in my truck haulin up to Bangor.
