Ugh. This was a crappy day for me. Not nearly enough was accomplished today. I'm working up a general schedule for the day's events. I'll put that here when I have it finished in the morning, along with the details from the previous journal. I'm also sending out last minute invites in the morning for those who may have forgotten and don't know their work schedule more than a week in advance.

The forecast is showing a 40% chance of rain, so let us all pray to whatever deity it is that can make the weather ideal for our gathering. Oh, things are over by 7 so you can get out before sundown... which just happens to be 7:11.

All I have planned right now is we will have a 30 minute to hour long meet and greet to start off and an hour long meal time. I want to arrange a time for me and all those bringing food to chat somewhere so we can get that straightened out.
