after talking to some friends I think I've come up with a decent price range


CARTOONS / CARICATURES

(1) Shaded - $30-35 (depending on character complexity)
(2) Flat Colours - $25 - 30 (depending on character complexity)
(3) Inked - $20
(4) Cleaned Sketch - $10


MORE DETAILED

(1) Shaded - $35 -40 (depending on character complexity)
(2) Flat Colours - $30 - 35 (depending on character complexity)
(3) Inked - $25
(4) Cleaned Sketch - $15


Extra Character:

+$5 on a sketch
+$10 on inked
+$15 - 20 on colour (depending on blah de blah, you get it)
