Actually, technically there is such a thing. If a transgendered man (female to male) has top surgery (a double mastectomy) but not a full gender reassignment, he ends up with a flat chest and a vagina. It's a thing.

i understand that, i'm not trying to say transgender isn't a thing. all i'm saying is when you get down to it, you can't change man or woman truly, unless you get down to the x/y pairing
