Design/Sales Question

So I had an idea, and I wanna see how people feel about it/what they'd pay for. Let me know about your opinion, or any suggestions you may have :3
Option A:
I upload a cluster of icons of original characters/designs. They're only headshots, but give a bit of detail into what the design looks like. You buy the design, and then I upload the full design sheet, including a full body image and possibly a back view. These would be $15-$30 each.
Option B:
I upload a cluster of icons of original characters/designs. They're only headshots, but give a bit of detail into what the design looks like (Yes, all the same so far xD). You buy the icon, and then from that you can either finish the design yourself, commission someone else to finish it for you, or leave it as is. This would obviously be a lot cheaper, $5-$10 each.
So, opinions? For the second option, I may also try and get a few artists for a partnership, where they offer cheap/discounted fullbody commissions for anyone who buys one of my icons, or something along those lines.

Partnership for the second option would be a wonderful idea, too!

doing some collaborations with you! Even if like, we went with the first option of the full sheets, and then
