Could someone please test that it starts :)
Works fine for me* Tested on both XP and 7 -but- I need to confirm it works, as a couple of people seem to have problems but they're not telling me. Would like to figure it out. Have solved every issue so far. Once I finish this one, I can FINALLY move on to the next game!

( * except for a funny glitch i found today. If you start a new game, while the background is scrolling in the car, and you use the menu to load something else, it won't reset the background position, so every background will be warped from there out. Pretty obscure, but still feel stupid about it. )

I've actually begun recoding things today to fix issues like this that seem to pop up for some people. Mostly how Windows 7+ wants everything stored in the 'appdata' folder now, instead of the game's program files one.
