I saw an article on this in a Revolver magazine a while back, but kinda forgot about it till a guy at work brought it to my attention.
Though I disagree with calling these guys heavy metal at all, I think this is pretty damn entertaining. I'm also kinda shocked that those stick figures could even still walk after all that. Can't wait till some dumbass steps up and gets his ass kicked by a 52 year old psycho path. Just too bad they wont get any real metal bands in here, I mean come on, who wouldn't wanna see Warrior vs. Corpsgrinder?

This guy is like the Gordan Ramsey of "Getting Your Shit Together" and "Staying Fit". lol Like you, I agree with most of what he says, not all. Funny though, I've been meaning to work out a bit more recently.
