Best printer for making prints etc Also 2nd hand laptop

Hi guys!
I am considering getting a new printer when I get some money (lol). Hopefully I can get one before CF in order to make some products and save on ordering prints etc.
I had a canon pixma but it died on me several times :c I am now just looking for a good value printer, under £100 that can print excellent quality. Cartridges must be refillable etc.
ALSO:
By the end of this year I need a new laptop. I need to it have good memory, graphics card etc. I don't know much about computers but it needs to be able to run:
Photoshop
Office
SAI
itunes
have wifi
have good speakers
be able to play .mkvs etc effectively
It's for work, but as I usually listen to music or watch stuff as I draw, it needs to be ok with media.
If anyone HAS a second hand laptop (europe only), PLEASE let me know! I am willing to buy/trade art for it. Maybe not straight away but within a few months.

As for the rest, DO NOT GET A LAPTOP WITH VISTA. A laptop with 2gig of ram and Win7 will run faster then a laptop with 4gig and Vista. ideally though, I would look into tingeing a laptop with at minumum 4gig ram, a seperate video card (i prefer AMD or NVidia) or a decent onboard graphics cards (there are a few decent ones out there - but do your reaserch because they are few and far between and for most of the good ones you need to go newer), and that runs win7. If you get all that the rest should fall into line :3
