I wonder if there's a support group for this kind of thing.
I generally accept that every time I get involved in something new like this, I obsess over it for weeks and then eventually calm down and treat it like a normal person.

Also about Heat - Heat always opens their submissions for like, the month after Anthrocon, and it's only open for that month. I need to write a story for it. But the window is very small.
