I think you are good. And I'm not just saying that, I really think so. Don't let what one person says ruin the whole thing. I stopped drawing for 8 years because a couple people told me I have no talent. Maybe take a break if you're upset, but not for 8 years, ok? ;)

This isn't the first time.....every time I have a "friend" who's an artist in the end they tell me I'm shit and leave me.....my heart hurts so bad right now....

WHO GIVES A FUCK? Art is art. To be a true artist you must do art because you enjoy it not because you want people to accept you. Every artist dislikes their art and wants to get better. But you know what, that what makes us so great. We ignore the stupid assholes in the world who only want to put people down and we GET BETTER. I have a friend who could barely draw stick figures and ended up getting her art in a gallery. So who cares what peon said you are horrible.

Are you really willing to throw away everything because one person shoved a tampon in the wrong hole? If art is what you want to do with life THEN DO IT. Art doesn't mean drawings have to be proper. Just look at Picasso and other older artists. Were they made fun of? Most definitely. Were they told their art was horrible. Of course. But guess who is in the history books. I can tell you now it isn't the people who insulted them.

Suicide is NEVER the answer. If you feel your art is lacking, put on your big girl panties and take a damned art class, not your life.

Art is an outlet for emotion, not a gateway for it. Art is to release negative emotions and creative thoughts, not to attract mean an cruel comments.

My suggestion? Block their lowlife ass, and keep on drawin.

Thank you....that helps a lot really. Im not going to kill myself, I never will. I'm not that weak. I may say I'm going to but in the end I never will because I'm stronger than that. I'm just hurting right now really bad

I knew you meant well. And honestly I wouldn't of been so upset if. She hadn't lied to me for 5 months and made me think we were friends. And then se didn't have the balls to do it in person either, she had 3 1/2 hours today to do it but she waits till after class and then texts me it. I hate that more than anything

Yeah. Well I feel used because I introduced her to the fandom, I introduced her to the drawing style, I introduced her to chain mail and every time I did a trade with someone, she did a trade with that person too the next day. But whatever, she got what she wanted and now she's tossing me aside I don't care.
