The Wachowski brothers doing Speed Racer...Yes!
From the trailers I see they're actually respecting the material.
The Mach 5 is the MACH 5, it does impossible things.
They even went the extra mile and bought all the old sound effects.
I'm glad they didn't try to make it real.

That took forever to watch ...
but it was so worth it!
I never saw speed racer as a kid but ....
damn, I want to se that, just as long as thers not too much cartoony animation.
And I hope it dosn't suck. that would be bad.
