Anyone write Firefox Add-ons?

I'm looking to commission one.
Specifically I want FurAffinity Extender https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fi.....tender/?src=ss (the download) http://andrewneo.github.com/faextender/ (the open source) to work on DA.
If you don't want to rework it, the features I want in order of importance to me:
* Auto-save the download link (if there) or max view image (if no download link) into a folder under the artist's DA name when opened.
* One link to open all thumbnails on the screen.
* Ability to set the folder that the artist folders above are created in.
* Auto-save all submissions in a gallery.
Again, this is a commission. I'm willing to pay for what I want.
