Im looking to commission for an ad for my ventrillo server, it would be an animation with 3-4 images, all images and the complete ad must adhere to the size and type specified in FA's advertisement guideline:
"Standard FA Banner (300x90)
Accepted File Formats: JPG, GIF, PNG
File size limit: 200K."
Im looking for an artist capable of handling this, please reply here if interested or with a quote, ill review the artists interested and decide which id like to go with.
