CLOCKWORK CREATURE ANTHROCON 2012 SCHEDULE

THURSDAY
WHEN: 9pm
WHAT: Belly dance / rave prep + dance
WHERE: Omni hotel (prep/costumes) /Conference Center (Spirit of Pittsburgh ballroom)
NOTES: I have extra cholis for those who want to join us in belly dance gear (woot), otherwise this is just-for-fun :)
FRIDAY
WHEN: 6pm-7pm
WHAT: Individual shoots w/ photographers
WHERE: Convention building (Probably near photo set up)
NOTES: This is pretty optional, but we've got a few photographers who offered to take individual shots of suits, and thought it would be a fun way to start to rustle people up before the big group shoot.
WHEN: 7pm-9pm (BE THERE BY 7:45)
WHAT: EPIC Good vs. Evil group photoshoot
WHERE: Rooftop of the convention building
NOTES: If you are only going to attend one CC event, make it this one. We're going for the most CC suits in the same space EVER and want to create a truly epic picture to celebrate it. We're aiming for the magic lighting of sunset time - so PLEASE don't show up late to this one!
WHEN: 9pm-11pm
WHAT: Dinner/pizza party/T-shirt pickup
WHERE: Omni hotel (Rooms TBA when we check-in)
NOTES: We'll be ambling back to the Omni after our big photoshoot, so we might not make it right at 9. If you're showing up for T-shirt pick-up, please remember to bring cash!
SATURDAY
WHEN: 1pm
WHAT: Assemble w/ group for the Fursuit Parade
WHERE: Convention Center, Hall A
NOTES: We'll have two rather large Clockwork Creature banners to group around - just look for black/gold and the logo!
WHEN: 2:30pm
WHAT: Post Parade photo ops around town
WHERE: Text for locations - we'll probably be taking pictures/getting food post parade
NOTES: This is loosey goosey, so if you weren't in the parade with us, make sure to text to know where we're at!
WHEN: Early evening (Time TBA at AC)
WHAT: "Official" AC Clockwork Creature shoot
WHERE: Wherever the photographer's set up this year
NOTES: Our rooftop photoshoot will (more than likely) be way more impressive than this, but it's always fun to get one 'official' shot for the yearbook so to speak :)

WHAT: Goodbye brunch
WHERE: TBD, but near Omni (Probably the bagel place attached to the hotel)
NOTES: There may be picture-taking before/after this, but in smaller quantities

I expressed interest in a T-Shirt, and seeing if I could get
FYI, for any who might be planning a more elaborate lighting set up (light stands and umbrellas, etc), it may be safer to do those photoshoot outside on the deck. There is legitimate concern that such equipment will be asked to be taken down for union reasons. As I will be brining such equipment, I will probably try to set up my private shots on the deck (same location as the group shot/s). I was going to try and do my shots after the group shot, when it's darker, so my flashes have more customizable effect. The balcony also has better scenery to work with XD
Very excited otherwise, this should be really fun =)
