I have a gateway laptop, its been perfect for me, worked fine, but lately it has been crashing and now it will not turn on. It does a start up with the logo and then you see a blinking light and then it stops and then stays on the same screen for ever. I have a two year warranty on this thing and i have had it for a little more then a year. I tried to contact gateway but i can never talk to a human, the number is a machine and when i put in my info or say my info it says my computer does not exist. I tried to email them and i tell you, who ever does these emails are completely retarded and have no idea whats going on. they repeat the same stuff you say without really saying anything, i know for a fact that they are not English. I have no idea what i can do, How can i get this fixed for free if i cant contact Gateway?

Does anybody have any idea's what is wrong or what i can do?
