Once, there was a time when...
I'm not going to be nice and try to help people anymore, all it gets me is shit on and treated badly so I'm done. No I'm not going to go out of my way to be an ass or be rude but there will be no nice, it's not worth the crap I put up with for people who don't deserve help

because I have a lot of anger and pain and it's not when I help them it's afterward, sometime down the road, they don't help me back if I need it or will treat me badly for the dumbest reason
