Use of my artwork

I feel silly having to make another journal to say what should be common knowledge and decency about posting of my art.
Just because I said it was nice having extra ex poser, on other art sites of my art, I still would like people who want to do so, to first ask for my permission first before using my art. Some people have done this and most of the time I will agree and other times i have declined but was happy that some people have the decency to ask me first. I even ask permission for people I have drawn for, if I can post the art I have drawn on my own page.
I am not one who likes to cause drama and I am just here to share my artwork with who ever might like it. But if this continues I'm going to have to be a lot more strict on people I come across posting my art without permission. I am just lucky that people out there have come to me and have brought it to my attention that there are individuals posting without my permission. And I'm lucky that people out there are also putting pressure on these individuals enough for them to get the point and remove them, So I thank you for that.
Again, im not out on any witch hunt on those re-posting my art on here or other sites without my permission, but I ask you ask me first and don't be offended if I decline.

Ek wonder of Zen Afrikaans praat/verstaan, aangesien (gees, my Afrikaans vocab sucks. Had to think for like ten minutes to come up with the translation for "seeing as" xD ) hy van SA af kom.

Anytime I need permission to use your art to make happy/sad/cleft lip faces I'll be sure to let you know. :P

unless they were claiming that they drew the picture in question I really don't see how that's a problem at all.
If you're so confidential about your artwork, you can always send it to the commissioner privately instead of posting it publicly.
But yeah, a subtle watermark with a link to your FA should suffice, shouldn't it? Especially if it's in a spot where you can't remove it without making it obvious.

I don't see why people get hung up on reposting UNLESS someone's removed the watermark which is a massive dick move
Well in truth yes but even I still like to have control of where people post my work if it were me.
Example being you don't want someone to post all of your work on a site made to mock and pick on others would you?
So indeed asking is always the best thing to do, since of course they hold all rights to their work.
Re-posting is technicly illegal unless you had permission from the one who created it. IE the artist.
=) So remember kids always ask before re-posting or when zen says he will get stricter , he just may take you to court!
Which BTW Zen your art is inspirational and I love seeing it all the time :) It gives even me a goal in my art LuL before I saw amazing arts such as yours I just drew and drew now when I draw I tell myself "Someday I'll have art like that" :D

I don't know why anyone would repost without permission. It's one thing if it's stock photo stuff (like demotivational Ninja posters), but seriously.
Jale and Makuu: FB is full of Scumbag Steves. That's why I NEVER go on there. Simply put, I also hate the fact that privacy settings aren't worth shit on that website.
ZEN: I don't believe in reposting, personally. I collect and it stays on my external hard drive, which stays unhooked except for 1 day out of the month. If someone wants to know who I like as an artist, I e-mail them the hyperlinks to your stuffs. And they can make their own damn profile to log in with.
