"I just quit chew for now 28 days by a fun little trick: listerine. Every time I had a craving to chew I just took a swig of listerine and it stoped the craving right there. It gave me the same bite as the chew and so far it still works just great. I used to chew a log a day, which is equivilent to six cans of chewing tobacco, and each containter of chew is equal to a pack of cigarettes. For anyone who is trying to quit chew, give this a try and tell me what you think.
