Oh noes, an opinione! The thing that gets to me most is wishing death threats on Faust.
Guys if you don't like it ignore it; I like ponies and even I haven't seen it EVERYWHERE. I don't like a lot of anthro renditions but y'don't see me bitching about it.
I just find it dumb.

They have to be really upset about them, so that they become relevant and they have an excuse to be upset about them.
Just the other day, for instance, I overheard someone wishing that M. Night Shyamalan would get shot.
I also feel that there is a huge measure of jealousy. A personal observation; many who are incredibly jealous of the stardom or popularity of a specific pop culture figure/creation tend to revert to "hating on them". Sometimes they feel swindled, as their ideas seemed shunned [while they feel their ideas worthy of equal popularity], of simply another drop in the glass of "anti establishment" persona going to far. Either way, I think the irony and humor in this situation is that most people who hate something [with a burning passion] are also those who tend to love said content but seem "emotionally confused". As if their liking or the temptation of liking said content will somehow stand antithetical to their opinions/existence, and that somehow it will "destroy" whatever deep rooted emotional issue they have.
After all, Love and Hate are the EXACT same thing.. it's indifference that is the opposite to them.
