POMPADOURS ARE HARD

I tried putting my hair up in a pompadour, I just bought a tin of Murray's pomade. I have learned that I should probably let my hair grow out a bit, that I need a fine tooth comb, and that I should probably get the heavier hold pomade.
Anyone have pompadour suggestions?

Definitely get heavier hold pomade. I can kind of get it, but it takes work. But it's doable -- which should be good news since we basically have/had the same haircut. :B

used to use it for her mohawk when she was still working at Borders. <3 Great, great stuff, and just a little goes a LONG way. Their pliable molding clay might be a bit better for a proper pomp, though. <3<3<3
