Help? Anyone?

Anyone know of a nice program to use to clean and clear up the voice in a microphone while live streaming, skyping, well just voice chatting?

Well, its usually the microphone itself. What I know is, getting a Rock Band mic is not only cheap, but provides great quality with the right setup. You could also make a stand with it and make a simple static filter with it. Taking a fabric similar to Under Armor fabrics and stretching it over a frame, afixing it to the mic stand will greatly clear up the static. Its also a good idea to have voice actors as friends >.<

Then if that does not work, might be a bad sound card >.<

I know the sound card ain't bad since when i was using it in the practice room helping people record it was nice, but now that i have to use my mic it doesn't sound as good as it use to be.
