its a little harsh at first, but it will get easier, and to wean off nicotine completely, whenever you have to buy cartridges or stuff, just go with a lower dose each time

I dont smoke but I have a friend who switched to these. Apparently its much more healthy then normal cigs because its missing all the nasty chemicals that you get from normal cigs. He likes them because they dont smell, they are clean, and he can "smoke" them anywhere basically.

Oh i also forgot they are cheaper as well :3 At least from what I'm told.

I don't know from experience, but have friends who use e-cigarettes. I doubt it would be hard to switch to it, cause its basically almost the same thing. It should be just as satisfying as a normal cigarette and it is NOT messy at all. And the point of the e-cigarette is to help ween you off of cigarettes and nicotine all together down the road.

Having never smoked myself I can't really give you much advice, but wish you the best of luck...
Kicking any bad habit is a pain in the ass, so there may be a couple times of weakness and you wanna grab a square; Just remember not to think of it as a failure, just a minor setback and get back on the wagon again! I hear those nicotine patches do help take the edge off too.

My grandmother got one for her so I woukd spend more time with her becuase I cant stand being in a nonsmoke free house. (more like she has a dick head BF that i dont like xD) She never stuck with it BUT it really wasnt a hard switch for her it was just when her sister got cancer that she went through stress and went back to smoking OTHERWISE i think she would have kept with it.
Ive noticed a change to while she was doing the vapes. Her house and close didnt stink and she coughted less. She was also alot more heathyer looking

we had someone over for a couple nights and he smoked an e-cig in the house. We could smell it, it rather stunk :/
Not as bad as real cigs, but.. as a non-smoker I could definitely smell it.

My mother got one last summer thinking she would stop smoking. Here she is a year later smoking more than before.

thats not very encouraging. ... but it's a powerful drug.

i used mine for a couple weeks after i gave up the ciggs, then all was good after. ( I dont use anything now at all.)

i hope i can do the same.

You just need to "want to quit" like i did. its a month and half now, and all my cravings are gone. I dont even notice it now

I know a few folk who've used those. Some of them are actually pretty decent and the smell isn't bad at all from some of the better ones.

Tried one for shits and giggles and rather enjoyed it. I have never been a big smoker though.

I tried for about a month and couldn't do it because it just made me want a cig even worse. I smoke harsh ciggarettes to tho, so that's why it didn't really work for me

I don't smoke my self, but I have some friends who do use the Vapour ones. They say it is not as satisfying, but it really does help them out.

I got my maate the ego-c. It'as really nice. Been using it since December last year. It keeps you off cigarets and regardless if you quit smoking period or not. Electronic cigs are not going to kill you or cause any harm. PLus the juice is $3 a vilal which can last up to three weeks worth of smoking it seems. My grandmother and I have promised each other to give these a try. I have a friend that got one and she likes it alright. Plus they say you can sort of fade into them (smoking regular cigarettes too at first but only when you -really- feel the need). Keep us updated on it please? I'd like to know how it goes. Der, I used to use them I recommend Electric Blu. They're the best! You can't beat them and most gas stations are starting to sell the refills now. You simply can't go wrong with them.

I tried doing liquid refills, they get kinda messy. They are a little bit cheaper with liquid though I can send blu to you if needed. Im constantly shipping people stuff that they can't get normally.
