Pretty much, there are a few things that might be salvageable, but I'm still waiting for the pages to dry. I have this plan to where I could scan the drawings that haven't suffered too much damage and make photocopies. I would be more upset about this were it not for the fact that I have a good amount of other images in progress, but then, I also lost my phone in the storm.

I had mine stolen once.
Honestly I'd rather have it ruined, but losing a sketchbook via any means is pretty heart wrenching.

D: I'm so very sorry to hear that! :( *hugs* I've had something similar happen to me years ago; all my original art (large pics that couldn't fit in a drawer) was in a large black portfolio case leaning up against a wall behind a door in a storage room next to our bathroom, and I didn't know that the bathtub had a small crack and was leaking underneath it, spreading under the wall and into the next room, and that my portfolio was soaking it all up. Everything in it was soggy covered in mold spots. ;_; Now I always keep art up off the floor, and in a waterproof box. :P Another time, I had a smaller portfolio of loose pages (original sketches) that I was carrying through a parking lot after art class, and the wind ripped it out of hands and scattered the papers all over the lot and into the busy road next to it. Several of the pics had tire tracks, oil spots and footprints on them, and were ripped, crumpled and dirty. :( I totally feel for you, and really hope you can manage to get them dried out okay so they'll at least still be scan-able and hopefully salvageable.

yeah, I'm hoping the same thing too. Looking on the bright side of things, atleast I hadn't filled my sketchbook up too much and that the shitty drawings are now destroyed. :P
