I may need to find temporary homes for 40-50 cats that are currently living in the backwoods of Kentucky. These were housecats that have been living out of a double-wide trailer for the last 4-8 years (depending on when they were dropped off) with little human interaction, so they will need to be resocialized before they can be adopted.
If we get to a point where I can help these cats, transportation for the cats within the US and Canada will be covered, and they will come with a bit of money to cover a few months of food and vet care. I'm not looking to financially burden anyone, and all the cats have been spayed and neutered and are in generally good health.
They will only go to people that have experience caring for cats and have ties with no-kill adoption facilities. The ultimate goal is to get these cats adopted into loving homes.
