Torn, but not Bent! (AKA: Your Advice Needed)
I was in a foul mood, today, but I was cheered by some friends and the fact that my FRIGGIN ART IS ON THE FRONT PAGE OF WHAT IS GOING TO BE MY FIRST CON!
OMFG.

wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
I am torn about a few things though... seeing as this will be my first con:
1.) Do you recommend I get a vendor table, or sit the first one out and enjoy the other con parts?
2.) Should I continue making my partial myself (and probably not finish) or commission someone else? (I have made partials, clothes, and stuffed toys successfully before in the past 5 years, but it's not my best skill... on the other hand... you know someone else will never make it the way you were imagining it, right?)
What do you think?

I have links to tutorials if you need them too.
I was invited to this one by the programming director who I let move in with me when I was living in NJ, unfortunately I lost my job not soon after and we parted ways. We were still good friends even though I felt bad about having to leave him behind as I moved back in with my parents.
Since I don't know what to expect of a first off con as the three I've been to are larger in size and scope and my friend will probably be busy I am probably going to be working as a volunteer on staff.
I remember at MFF, which I went to alone, I was walking around with nothing to do a good chunk of the time, I'm sure working while down there will make sure that doesn't happen again.
