Am I doing this right

I'm not the kind of guy that normally starts a conversation so I'm not really a fan of doing these journal things, but here goes nothing.
I just wanted to say thank you for all the positive feedback and attention I've been getting since I came here. I don't really like doing the whole 'Thanks for the watch/fav' thing because after a while you realize there's only so many ways you can say it, and it ends up feeling really phony to me. However, I truly do appreciate that you guys have taken interest in my stuff. I just don't feel I can properly express my gratitude with a four word sentence :T
Anyways, got GW2 yesterday and am starting the download right now, Crystal Desert here I come :D

You make really good art, and you seem really nice. I'm not that good at socializing, either, so I hope it doesn't come off weirdly for saying that I hope nothing goes badly for you (on- or off-site).

And no joke, as I was typing this I was listening to electronic music in the background and actually zoned out on your icon for like a good 30 seconds. That avatar is powerful stuff.
