Convention - MFM Day #3 (Where IS everyone??)

So it's Saturday mid-day. I have seen almost no one from previous days, people who have said hi and then vanished. I also have had depressingly low turn-outs for Werewolf compared to last year. I think I hit 15 last night, but 14 may have been the high. Thursday was about the same.
As a point of comparison, Wild Nights (attendance around 200) I managed 15, possibly broke it one day, and was limited mostly by space.
This. Con. Is. Slow.
Not to mention those that have played have remained silly and have yet to focus. I'm hoping tonight's No-Reveal games will pull everyone's minds to the game. :)
To those who haven't been feeling up to playing Werewolf the way they used to, please, tell me what's missing. :3 Am I not keeping the silliness down enough? Am I changing up the cards being used too often?
