sooo... my computer is down

yeah, i will never buy from Dell again. My home computer is down, and its been the same problem for about 2 weeks. we've called at least 7 times, had a tech here to replace parts.
Im the nice one. my dad is the bad cop...but now i am angry so...not good.
i called this morning and demanded! a tech to get to my house asap and fix the fucking problem. they were telling us to go into the tower and take shit out, unscrew stuff and flat out i said nooo!!!
i told them i am not a tech, i do not know what i am doing!
thats why we paid the extra money to have TECH PEOPLE come fix our shit...

maybe you can threaten them to be having sued their asses off to be resold on ebay to help pay for the lawyer?
but, if there is a contract you can sue them. normally threatening with a lawyer can help get them in gear. maybe if you know someone who helps you out for free?
