Walnut polesetter in Plant City 500

With only 15 points behind FASCAR Mixed Candy Cup Chase leader Ralphy Walrus, 2nd-year driver and 2011 Rookie of the Year Jeoffry Walnut of Yazoo City, MS will be the polesetter for the final race of the season: The Mixed Candy Plant City 500 at the Strawberry City Speedway in Plant City, FL.
Jeoffry's father Mike Walnut, who raced in FASCAR for 12 years, but had never won this race in the past, had this to say: "Meh boy has a chance to make not only Walnut family history, but FASCAR history this Sunday! You'd better believe I'm proud of meh boy!"
Jeoffry had this to say: "I must say I'm totally stoked about this! Meh pappy won many races in his time, but never a cup. It's time that cup comes to Yazoo City! We Walnuts have waited a long time for this!"
Meanwhile on the opposite corner of the country, Jeoffry's uncle Marty Walnut of the
fhl's Portland Roses released the following statement about his nephew following his team's win over the Omaha Stampeders: "As proud as I am of meh team, right now, I'm most proud of meh nephew Jeoff! I'll be flyin' down to Plant City this Sunday rootin' for ya! It's time for a Walnut to assume the throne!"
