BUY BUY BUY BUY. I was so happy to get so many commissions done as well as several badges made. I also love that I finally completed a story for the writing contest.
It was my first Fur con, and it was amazing! Everyone was so friendly too. One of my favorite moments was when I was sitting at my booth right outside the elevators when a tired fursuiter in PJs walked out and pass out on the bench across from me. I couldn't help but laugh.
I loved RF. :) As a pottery dealer, I did very well, and met many kind people. Sadly, I was a ditzy rabbit and forgot to put my FA on my business cards... >.<
Being "Rainy" for the closing ceremony! Plus it was my first con ever and not only did I suit, I put in 23 hours of volunteering and i got stuck baby sitting a 10 year old while she wore one of my cat suits. lol. It was fun though!
I'm happy the hotel kept the water flowing. Usually by the second day of con those coolers are dry, never to see water again.
A well Hydrated Con is a healthier con...keeps the crud supressed, even if minimally.
I was a little disappointed in the Art Show this year, not much selection of pieces, way too much "Not for Sale" stuff. But the Dealer's Den was awesome as ever.
I went~ :3 I was at a table Sat-Sun in Artist's Alley selling some prints, buttons, mini canvases, sketch commisshes etc.... I didn't get much exposure to the con itself (my room-mate was my ride, and when she wanted to go home, we went home ) but from what I experienced, I'd DEFINITELY go again! ♥
There was a lot I enjoyed, spending type with friends, being social, getting art from five different artists, I love my art! The pool being open twenty four seven during the con was great as that is when the free pool time really hits, after midnight.
I was just happy I was able to go! funds where tight and all.. only afforded one badge commission for the whole weekend...but the Karaoke wasn't too bad, and the parade rout for the suiters was alot better!
My first fur con and it was fantastic. Got two meet like 5 artists that i'd never thought i'd meet in my life. Had some good laughs thanks to "who's lion is it anyway" Woulda needed surgery on my cheek bones if they kept me laughing any longer than their scheduled panel. The suits I saw were interestingn to see the dance competitions were great. The Chipmunk dude was very energetic and it was a pleasure seeing him wherever. Informational panels were helpful, interesting and inspiring. All in all for me it was an inspiring event. I really had no interest in fursuiting but now i'd like one of my own XP

probably running around in suit like an idiot.
I love the whole con well since I volunteered at the art show.
