Getting better in life: Fit, Piano, More

So Im in my last yr of undergrad for Psychology. Life's getting a bit more stressful than expected but I just need to relax.
On the up an'up, I've been going to the gym 3x a week for a month and people can see the difference. I dropped weight from May (235lbs) to Sept (199lbs). Now, Oct (207.7lbs).... I'm told that is probably muscle and I'll roll with it. Gotta eat a bit more better but when stress gets ya down, eat a cookiee and be happy. Working out is physical and psychological, so cheating isnt always bad.
I'm down to a size 34 pants after being almost size 40, and fit large shirts with general ease.
Still working on my tummy and moobs. Damn things.. my legs and arms are looking fiiine.
If I wasnt so concerned about who sees my FA, I'd post RL pics lol.
Anyways, thats the Fox for ya'll.
