That's part of the standard phpBB registration agreement, but the actual host themselves (myforum.ro) appears to permit sexual content. They have an explicit forum category for "erotica", among other things, and they're based in Romania, which means that the "applicable laws" are somewhat more lenient than they would be in the US.

That said, there's always a risk when using someone else's hosting – they can take us down for whatever reasons they wish. But I think we have a better chance of surviving here than we did on Proboards.
