Whoop! The sweet taste of success. 103rd journal.

This is my head.
Got back from the Halloween party last night and guess what, I won the best male costume contest. Not bad as I was not 100% satisfied with my pirate outfit (I wanted to do so much more to it). That's right, this dragon dressed up like a pirate, arrrrrr!. Apparently I did a good enough of a job to beat out someone that came as Jigsaw, but just barely. He was quite creepy by not speaking for most of the night. At least I got sweet revenge for losing to Hellboy from the last party years ago.
The host expects more people, around 50 or so but about 30 eventually showed up. Still quite fun though. It has been several years since he held it last so it is nice to get back into it. What is weird is that the workplace is holding a raffle drawings for those wearing a costume come the 31st. Didn't expect that considering the current management (not a fun-loving bunch at all) but somehow that slipped through. Of course I plan to wear the pirate getup.
Seems not a lot of people going to do the same. I talked to a dozen co-workers and very few said they will participate. Even the party-goers hardly will dress-up. The morale at work is bad so I guess none not much of a celebratory spirit. I am not exactly a happy camper myself but want to break out of the monotony. Besides, it'll be fun to dress up something different and not get stares... well, not too many of them.
I might post some pics of the pirate gear later. Be forewarned and hide. Oh wait, you guys (the few that are left) does that already. >.>
As for those kiriban drawings, I barely done anything on those due to working on the costume and other stuff. I hope to kick-start those projects by next century... um, next weekend. I can't promise anything tough except a smack on the side of the head. *Dragon punch!* Oops, a bit too hard. *Mops up the exploded bits.*
