its negative 15 outside celius, nearly 20 with that windchill.

so please put something warmer on...

P.s. i know this journal sounds odd... but its true and seeing the guy, day in and day out like this even when it goes to -22 c with windchill wearing spandex pants and a windbreaker just makes... and yes... this is all fact a guy does this... so please don't be angry at me for saying this... just don't know how to walk up and tell him to please dress warmer when he walks around like a street walker...
I honestly feel cold to the bone just looking at him... my toes tingle like i got frost bite...and from what i've seen... all the staff are the same. i hope he has something warmer to wear. i really do...

There's a guy that used to frequent the mall I was at who would be out in shorts and a T-shirt in like February with no coat. My coworker told me once that he has an abnormally high body temperature. He can't go visit others or use public transit because the heat will be too high and he'll pass out. At his place, the thermostat is set low and he has fans and stuff going all year to keep it cool enough. Some people are just wired differently.
