hey everyone Primaris Lieutenant project request!

Hello everyone, as you know for the last while I have completed a number of official design themed warhammer 40k primaris lieutenants XD now some say i'm crazy but so far I'm just having a freaking blast build, modelling and painting them it, and it really means alot to hear so many of you who enjoy my version of art! different, little more violent i guess, but nice toy soldiers models :3
now that i have said that this is were i am making a request to you! all of you who enjoy my figures and I do hope i get a number of ideas but hey! so my request is kinda simple! so please hear me out and read below *points down*
effectively i want to paint up a custom chapter made up by one of you, those who enjoy seeing my work! i mentioned i do this a couple of posts ago so here we go. now to be fair to everyone for this i do request a couple of things to be entered in this. its not much but i need 3 things from you.
`1. I need the Chapters Name and Colorscheme possibly one of the easiest way to fill this out is to use the create a chapter sheet from the warhammer community page for me. makes it nice and simple to give a name, and plan out the colors of your chapter! afterwards you get a cool sheet and can post it in ya gallery then give me the link. makes my life so much easier. also the link to the item in question is here just at the bottom of the page. https://www.warhammer-community.com.....mepage-post-1/
2. give me a quick idea of what their style of warfare is, are slealthy and ambush their foes, or overwhelm with excessive firepower. or are a jack of all trades ! this is important to the work as it gives me an idea of which of the armour types i should work with when building the character :)
3. give me an idea of their preferred kinda weapons are they more of a ranged specialist with bolt rifles and combi weapons, or do they run up close and personal and attack with thunder hammers and power swords etc. this gives me an idea of what kind bits of weapons to look into for parts.
thank you again! the more entries the better. i plan to pick one of the options given to me based on a number of reasons ranging from i love the color scheme, to how easy it is to convert them etc. and i plan to keep this open until the end of the month to give people a chance to come up with all their ideas before i announce which one is the winner and begin working on that character model :) then hopefully should take a little while before i post it up for you all to enjoy!

saurians they love to pour as much forward fire as the can on a target it is why they love storm and heavy bolters
The Rising Suns.
Japanese/Chinese themed space marine chapter.
Semi-assault themed, though tried to go for more ornate converted figures when I could.
Main color scheme is black body, with white helmets, shoulder pads, and lower legs, With the Red Rising Sun logo on knee pad/shoulder.

It was something I started years ago, and kind of have put on the way back burner because I felt like I was not doing it any justice anymore. Was a simple concept that met my then limited skills, and was happy with it for a time.
Successor chapter of the Salamanders
Chapter Master: Bob Lindwyrm
paint scheme: Emerald Green with blue highlights and golden winged skull
Shoulder insignia: blue Winged Serpent wrapped around a white shield
specialization: long range weapons and close quarters melee
Combat style: Focused on having there strong melee combatants with hammers rush enemy lines while their battle brothers pin down enemies with long range heavy fire weapons to allow them to get to the entrenched foes. Specifically designed to aggressively end a stalemate battle or be a final blow reinforcement but can hold well enough in a siege.
Very aggressive good boys who have come to make the filthy xenos/heratics stop causing the suffering of those poor Imperial citizens and guardsmen, don't worry the droppod land in the living room is here full of very big and scary but friendly space marines have brought plenty of suppressive/oppressive tools to bring salvation (they also brought toys for the children but shhhh no one will take them seriously if they're found out that they spend free time making human children smile) They often have very antiquated and short personal names. Have inherited there primarch Vulkens empathy towards others to the point they often will spend time in an area after a battle to secure the injured and help in relief efforts they also have strong diplomatic skills towards the common populace because of this and have stopped more then one world from going rouge simply by unnatural patience and kindness by Imperial standards at least. (prefer maiming over killing a rioter which is pretty damn tolerant)
Not big fans of the black templars who they have clashed with several times already to prevent so called "mutant purges" which often lead to slaughter of entire populaces. Very friendly terms with the white scars who they work very well with in and out of combat. (when they slow down enough to listen)

The Astral Covenant is a fanatical splinter faction of the Dark Angels. They believe everything in the universe is tied to Fate written in the stars, which they believe foretells of the resurrection of the Emperor of Man. They fight like Zealots not caring of thier own well being as long they can deal righteous retribution to the enemies of man. They like fight up close with bolter and chainsword with a chaplain always close by chanting their battle hymms
