So a lot changed very rapidly...

In 4 days I went from having no job and wondering how I was gonna pay rent this January to now having seasonal work that's earning me a fair amount of money (enough to cover bills and live off) AND as of today i have a job starting Jan 14th that will support me for the near future and keep me here in Canada for the next few years,
You guys have no idea how incredibly happy i am today! to not have to worry how i'm gonna pay bills and such and most importantly...
I CAN GET MY FRIENDS CHRISTMAS GIFTS NOW!! INSTEAD OF JUST LOVE....THEY GET THAT TOO THOUGH :P
The furs and folks here in Toronto that welcomed me when i was fresh off the plane from the UK have been just incredible in being patient and showing me round and buying things when i was too poor to spend money on anything other than rent...
They deserve so much and i am so happy to be able to give them something nice :)
Love you furs :)
Happy Holidays!

Wow, I'm happy to hear those folks over in Toronto welcomed you with such enthusiasm. That's what you want to see when you arrive somewhere new. And congratulations for what sounds like a stable new job!
