Falling into the same old trap

I've been falling into the same trap once again. Even with the idea of sketching daily to maintain motivation, My work is starting to become infrequent once again. This is a question I have to everyone, not just artists, or writers: How do you personally stay motivated do to things?
Since i barely get any comments, it really has killed my motivation.
also rping with folks online or looking at sexy pics
