Last evening, in my feeble attempt at sharing humor, I gained the scorn of someone I admire. It was not meant in any ill will, and I feel there was a lot of misunderstanding. But the person was steadfast and I should have known. It is a lesson hard learned and a mistake I will not repeat. I will still watch as their art fascinates me, but I will only do so in silence.. I write not in self pity but in hopes this person will except this as an apology.
