Where's everyone going?

I've been seeing some people broadcasting their SoFurry and Weasyl accounts more lately, and if not that just flat out saying they're only gonna be active there anymore. Just wondering what the hell is up with that? I know the AUP was updated and whatnot but was it really that bad? Seriously, was it cause I never really pay attention to that since I don't ever have much to post up anyway and its usually well within the rules. Still I suppose this isn't terrible since its made me smack the dust off my SoFurry account, not that I was using it in the first place, but I think I may start putting things up there just for the hell of it. If you wanna find me there it shouldn't be hard, but I still plan on staying put anyway.

So basically the same reason that's been in place for years really... Interesting. Guess it's a good thing I signed up on SoFurry when I did. Don't need anyone taking my name.

There's a long history of stuff going on behind the scenes that some people are morally opposed to. It's like any corporation you have a problem with--if you don't like what they're doing you're free to take your business elsewhere.

This is the only downside to my anti-drama methods, I tend to be in the dark when there's stuff like this going on. I'd like to know what's going on, but I don't wanna get anyone in trouble cause that seems to happen when you badmouth the powers that be around here. I've a small idea as to why you would wanna distance yourself from here, but I don't like to assume things either.
