I was a bit listless this morning. Erik left for NY for a week, and while I decided I was going to use the time to work on art everyday, it seemed daunting this morning. Plus I overdid it with biking 6+ miles for the last 3 days in a row and I was feeling it when I woke up. When something burns, you know its working XD

So.... the construction outside had me shut the windows. the heat wave broke yesterday and I didnt die from lack of a breeze.

I've read a book, between yesterday and this morning. Finished it even though the quiet, or relative quiet was buzzing around my ears. The place is usually quiet during the days though, as both Erik and my roomy Casey work 9-5.... but today the silence was annoying.

Have you ever been just overcome by a song out of nowhere? I decided enough was enough, had lunch and plugged in the headphones and went to pandora.com. Shit, it was a song I have on my ipod, but still, it kicked my ass, and made me grin like a cat. Has a song every made you fucking happy? Not just happy or giddy, but FUCKING HAPPY?

I am now, and with this energy Im going to do some artings.... OH! Since no one wanted a free sketch Im taking the slot and doing a picture of my own fursona, since I have FINALLY decided on markings and coloring and such.
