Artists Beware! Scammer issuing charge-backs on Paypal

This is a warning to artist about touyavulpes
This user has been issuing charge backs with his credit card company claiming he didn't give authority for his card to be charged with pay pal with art hes already gotten from artist as he is doing with these commissions:

I got a notification from paypal saying this.
"The buyer has filed a chargeback with his or her credit card company stating that the buyer did not authorize the payment.
The credit card company has reversed the payment, and we've placed a temporary hold on the funds while we review this case. If this transaction is covered by protection against unauthorized payments, we'll lift the temporary hold and restore the funds to your account. If the transaction is not eligible, we'll return the funds to the buyer or the rightful owner.
For this transaction to be covered by protection against unauthorized payments, please provide proof that you shipped the item through an approved shipper to the address on the Transaction Details page.
If the item is not a tangible good, this transaction is not eligible for protection against unauthorized payments. However, depending on the information you provide, we may be able to help you recover your funds by disputing the chargeback with the credit card company. Please provide us with information about your case. We'll let you know if we can dispute the chargeback with the credit card company.
Please respond within 10 days. Click Resolve Claim Now to continue."
He is using the paypal email: oegf2005[at]yahoo.es with the name Miki Miko , so LOOK OUT.
DON'T LET THIS PERSON COMMISSION YOU, HE IS TRYING TO RIP YOU OFF
I know this because I got an email from another caring artist whom he is trying to do the same thing too.

6 people I know of so far.
I thought to actually consider this guy a friend.
but I'm not fucking stupid. I have now infromation from several people this is happened to in the past on SEPRATE occasions. and how he's not perma banned from here/paypal i'm not sure why. but being 'hacked' wouldn't happen multiple times right around the end of the god damned month when funds are tight.
what the fuck hacker, gets in some ones paypal just to issue refunds on previous transactions done, huh? people hack accounts to steal the money out of them. not issue refunds to things already gone and spent.
not to mention you physically have to contact your bank/card holder to issue returned funs for 'items not recived'
so yeah, I don't want to fuckin hear it. Go fuck yourself dude. -ban-

He's a 'commissioner', just helping spread the word in case anyone was commissioned by him and unaware of what happened. Thankfully he's been black-listed and posted on Artists-Beware.
